Sunday, On the Farm, we learned about the third fruit of the Spirit...PEACE! Peace is knowing God will take care of me! Up & Adam told us the story of Jesus walking on water to show us how we can have peace.
We know that only Jesus can walk on water so we walked on stones that had our memory verse!!!
The kids are doing great on learning the songs. We can't wait to show you all we are learning!!!!

Last Sunday...
Last Sunday we focused on the second fruit of the Spirit...JOY! Joy is being happy because God loves me!
Each week, we're learning one more word from our memory verse, Galatians 5:22-23. So far, we've learned the verse up to the word "joy." By the end our series, On the Farm, we will be able to say the entire verse:
"But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control."
Our farm friends, Up and Adam, are helping us learn our memory verse along with teaching us how to have joy.

The little boy who made my day!!!
So I know I am a little late writing about this but…
Last week JACOB made my day!!!
Heather told me last week that Jacob woke up the other morning and said,” Can we please go to church today?” This is what I like to hear! Making a difference in these kids life is worth the work!
I Can Show LOVE!
Howdy!
This Sunday we started are new series and all the kids joined me, “On the Farm!” We learned about the first fruit of the Spirit...love! We read from 1 Corinthians 13 and Luke 10 (The Good Samaritan) to show us that love is putting others first. Some of the kids brought their farm gear and dressed the part! We enjoyed singing: The Fruits of the Spirit, My Best Friend, and Shout Hooray to God.
There favorite was.... Shout Hooray to God!
Well, step right up 1-2-3
Yeehaw! 1-2-3
Well, clap your hands 1-2-3
Yeehaw! 1-2-2
Well, raise your hands and turn around
Yeehaw! 1-2-3
And Shout Hooray to God! Hooray!

News Letter
Dear Parents,
We are so excited to start our next series! Oasis Kids are heading on the farm. Our “On the Farm” series will help your children to learn how and ask God to grow the fruit of the spirit in their hearts. The fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. They will learn each of these are good things that the Holy Spirit produces in their lives. This series will start July 17 and September 18. We will be handing out a flyer of an overview of the series and also a calendar. This calendar will include a “Need to Know”, “Bible Story”, And “Scripture”. The “Need to Know” is the main point of the lesson we will have that day. The “Bible Story” is the story that goes with the “Need to Know” and the “Scripture” is where the stories will be located. Also if your child misses a Sunday and you would like a copy of the lesson please let me know.Parents we also need your help. If you have a passion for kid please sign up to work in Kids. We are in need of at least 1 Assistant to assist our OC Kid teachers. Parents if you could sign up once a month that would be a huge help. Also Parents we want your feedback please let us know how we are doing.
